Nike has been slowly re-upping its Shox lineup by releasing a slew of Shox Gravity colorways. This time, the Swoosh is diving deep into its archives to bring back the first silhouette from the lineage, the Shox R4, in the original “Metallic Silver/Comet Red” scheme.

This retro of the 2000s model features a white leather and metallic silver upper, an embroidered Swoosh, perforated detailing and red Shox springs at the sole unit. Final touches include 3M reflective detailing at the heel counter and vintage-style Nike Shox branding at the tongue.

Stay tuned for the official release date of the Nike Shox R4 “Metallic Silver/Comet Red” and share your thoughts on this throwback pair in the comments below. In the meantime, you can pick up the COMME des GARÇONS Play x Converse Chuck Taylor “Polka Dot” pack now.
