WACKO MARIA Taps Neckface for Paradise Tokyo's Three-Year Anniversary
Coming together once again.
This year, WACKO MARIA‘s first flagship store in Nakameguro is celebrating its three-year anniversary with a new collaboration alongside visual artist Neckface. Opened in 2015, Paradise Tokyo has served as an immersive experience of the fledgling label’s investigation of Americana through its heritage-informed industrial design.
After working together on a DEAD SKIN!!! capsule, the two parties are back again with a small range of commemorative garments. Comprised of coach jackets, hoodies and long sleeve T-shirts, the special offering is decorated with an array of original Neckface graphics and text centered around Paradise Tokyo’s anniversary. This time around, the Californian artist put together an arrangement of spider web motifs and menacing caricatures, all done in his signature style.
