Lana Del Rey Debuts New Single & Video, "Mariners Apartment Complex"

As promised, Lana Del Rey has released a new video and single, “Mariners Apartment Complex.” The track’s black-and-white visual comes to us courtesy of director Chuck Grant — a talented photographer and Lana Del Rey’s sister — and boasts production by Jack Antonoff, who is currently working with Lana Del Rey on her next major studio album.
“They mistook my kindness for weakness/ I f*cked up, I know that, but Jesus / Can’t a girl just do the best she can?” Lana Del Rey sings. “Catch a wave and take in the sweetness / Think about it, the darkness, the deepness / All the things that make me who I am.”
