This week’s list of weekly product drops sees a heavy release from Japanese labels. OG brands such as BAPE, WTAPS, and UNDERCOVER continue to offer quality soft-goods that fans have come to expect, while Kazuki Kuraishi goes heavy into outerwear with The North Face Black Series. New Yorkers can also show their love for the city with Gucci’s second collaborative collection with the New York Yankees — this time it’s more than just caps. With Palace‘s sixth drop, we begin to see more outerwear/warmer pieces being offered, as seen in the crewnecks, long sleeves, hoodies, and cardigans. Taking the spotlight again is Supreme, as this week marks one of the highest anticipated drops from the brand’s Fall/Winter catalog. The drop in question is none other than the recently unveiled collaboration with COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT.
Key items this week include Supreme’s 8” Anatomy Model, the Supreme x COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT knit sweater and wool-blend overcoat, Guerrilla Group‘s Body Fragmentation Vest, and the Houndstooth coat from the New York Yankees x Gucci colletion.
NY Yankees x Gucci FW18 Collection
Following up their first team up, Gucci and unexpected collaborator New York Yankees came together on a new capsule for Fall/Winter 2018. Born out of Alessandro Michele‘s affinity for his own Yankees cap, the latest collaborative range pays homage to the iconic motifs of the storied team. Included in the latest release are navy web-knit & trim wool cardigans and pullovers, tailored silk-lined blazers, embroidered denim jackets, quilted acetate jackets, orange nylon puffer coat and jacquard backpacks all heavily featuring the MLB franchise’s notable insignia.

WTAPS Fall/Winter 2018 Collection
Moving into the Fall/Winter 2018 season, WTAPS recently returned with its latest seasonal range. This time around the Japanese imprint put together a collection of sportswear and graphic-driven garments and some choice silhouettes that touch of traditional Japanese clothing. With MA-1 Bomber jackets, field jackets, liner button-ups and cargo pants, the collection provides great versatility.

Palace Autumn 2018 Collection Drop 6
Continuing its release schedule, Palace is back with yet another expansive range of unique British streetwear offerings. Although the ever-popular Tri-Ferg logo is missing this time around, graphics utilized in the drop reference the peculiar and mundane. Spanning across hoodies, long- and short-sleeve T-shirts, caps and belts, the latest release channels elements of defining elements of workwear, sportswear and skatewear. Some standout pieces include the workwear-inspired Mole Jacket, extra large logo emblazoned (P)ISS Head Crew and dyed denim brim PJ’s 6-Panel.

Supreme Fall/Winter 2018 Drop 4
It’s definitely box logo season for famed street brand Supreme. Aligning once again with Japanese fashion powerhouse COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT, the duo this time serves up a bevy of collab logo heavy pieces. There’s jackets, knits, a coat, button and zip-up shirts and printed trousers. Big ticket items for this week is none other than the ‘Preme x CDG Shirt box logo hoodies and tees. These will undoubtedly sell out fast. On the fun accessories side, there are the male and female anatomy models that are sure to be great display pieces on your desk or shelves. Wasted Youth x UNDERCOVER Capsule
Continuing his impressive year of collaborations, Japanese creative Verdy teamed up with UNDERCOVER once again on an exclusive graphic capsule. Keeping things simple, the special range from the collaborators is comprised of monochromatic sweaters and T-shirts. A photo print of a flower growing out of an empty beer can is on the front of each item and a reversed “WASTED YOUTH” branding appears printed on the rear.

Guerrilla Group “TILKHURST” Collection
Returning with its Fall/Winter 2018 collection, Guerrilla Group is back again with its latest expression of technical wares. Dubbed “TILKHURST, the range reworks wardrobe staples with utilitarian components and new high-technology fabrics like weather-resistant Ecoya® and breathable Eagletex®. Other innovative materials utilized include the durable ripstop Dyneema® and the world’s first transparent leather Apparition, developed by ECCO Leather. Some standout pieces from the expansive FW18 collection is the G.G. Body Fragmentation Vest, ATC-2 BODY BAG and ATC-3 Quickdraw Holster Vest.

Kazuki Kuraishi x The North Face Black Series Collection
Shortly after an initial announcement, Kazuki Kuraishi collaboration with The North Face Black Series is now available. Focussing on a wide variety of wintertime staples, the collection ranges from parkas and mountain jackets to branded tees and climbing pants. A host of pockets, convertibility features, Primaloft and Pertex detailing anchor the collab in functionality. Notable pieces include GORE-TEX-lined parkas with detachable bags, padded light jackets and a host of tonal adjustable Cordura pants.

The Predator x A Bathing Ape Capsule
Ahead of the theatrical release of The Predator, BAPE put together a capsule centered around the series’ titular extraterrestrial species. Comprised of hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and T-shirts, the Japanese label’s signature graphics are mashed up with recognizable elements of the Predator aliens. Notable graphics include one white Baby Milo is transformed into a Predator and the menacing Predator APE Head.
