Fujifilm has announced its latest camera, the X-T3. An evolution rather than a full change, it aims to improve on the previous X-T2 model with its 26.1-MP APS-C sensor. Elsewhere there’s a 4th-gen X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor, X-Processor 4 ISP and according to Fujifilm, “dramatically improved” AF performance as well as a bigger focus on professional level video with a APS-C mirrorless 4K mode.
In addition to these changes, it’s added a touchscreen and a headphone jack for ease of use, while the quad-core CPU means that the meter light works 1.5 times more often than it did on the X-T2. The Fujifilm X-T3 will cost $1,500 USD for the body only and will be available from select retailers on September 20.
