Thom Browne & Barneys New York Launch Exclusive Capsule With Bespoke Tailoring
Alongside an ‘Anatomy of a Suit’ short film.
In the lead-up to New York Fashion Week, Thom Browne has teamed up with Barneys New York for a month-long partnership featuring an exclusive capsule collection of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear clothing, accessories and novelty items. The project also presents made-to-measure offerings and personalization from expert tailors, as well immersive in-store experiences at the Barneys Madison Avenue flagship — all launched alongside a short film titled Anatomy of a Suit.
The exclusive collection includes puffer jackets, vests and sweatsuits featuring Thom Browne’s signature tailoring and unique twists, as well as full suit ensembles and jacket/trouser separates for made-to-measure construction. The in-store installations include an archive exhibition and Thom Browne’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection sleeping bags, on display until September 30.
