adidas’s Yung-1 Hits the Scene in a Rich “Triple Purple” Color Scheme
Monochromatic madness.
adidas’s retro-inspired Yung-1 is set to make a big splash in an all-new monochromatic color scheme. Further complementing both the collaborative “Atmosphere” release designed in tandem with END. and the Dragon Ball Z-themed “Frieza” rendition, this new rework sees the statement runner draped in rich purple all the way around, as opposed to being used as simple artistic accents.
The uppers feature a material medley of suede and mesh with sturdy rubber taking up space down low at the sole unit. Signature adidas branding shows up on the side panel Three Stripes emblem, as well as the brand’s Trefoil logo stitched on the tongue tab. Priced at $120 USD, the adidas Yung-1 “Triple Purple” is slated for a general release soon, so be sure to check back for updates.
