Damian Lillard & Lil Wayne Team up for "Run It Up"
Dame D.O.L.L.A. gives us a taste of what’s on his sophomore album.
Portland Trailblazers guard Damian Lillard is once again flexing his rapping skills with the release of his latest single “Run it Up.” Serving as the first single off his upcoming album Confirmed, Lillard recruits the talents of hip-hop superstar Lil Wayne, as they take turns trading verses over the bass-heavy beat.
Lillard, who originally debuted the track on Sway in the Morning earlier this week, says we can expect to see Confirmed hit all music streaming services on October 6. This isn’t the first time Lillard and Weezy have collaborated. The two came together to record “Loyal to the Soil” off Lillard’s debut album The Letter O.
