Awake NY Teams up With Timberland & Greyston Bakery to Honor Those Lost on 9/11

To honor those lost on 9/11, Awake NY teamed up with Timberland on its annual day of service in support of a local organization.
This year, the duo looked to assist Greyston Bakery and its non-profit parent organization, the Greyston Foundation. The bakery focuses on inclusivity with its open hiring program, which doesn’t require resumes or references. Awake NY designed a T-shirt with Timberland centered around a push for a systemic change — one that does away with prejudices that plague the world.
No word yet on if the shirts will be available for sale.
