Although factory errors can be a nightmare for sneaker collectors, sometimes these defects can actually be a blessing in disguise. One lucky sneakerhead really got lucky when he received a pair of “Reverse Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1s with upside down Swooshes directly from Nike.

A rare error from the sneaker giant, the size US 7 shoes are valued at 900 times what it retailed for when it re-released earlier this year. Most interestingly, only one side of the pair features the upside down flaw that skyrocketed the value of the shoes.

Set to go for €125,000 EUR (approximately $146,000 USD), the one-of-a-kind factory error Air Jordan 1 “Reverse Shattered Backboard” will be available via Dropout Milan in the next few weeks.
