Steven A. Clark Gets Introspective With New Single "On And On"
‘Where Neon Goes to Die’ drops Sept. 7.
Steven A. Clark drops “On And On,” his newest single off his upcoming album, Where Neon Goes to Die, which drops next Friday, Sept. 7 via Secretly Canadian. The new single, which is produced by Boys Noize, and is another 80’s pop / R&B leaning composition that makes you want to move to Miami, Clark’s hometown. The song examines Steven A. Clark’s past relationship that was very complex.
“‘On and On’ is about my experience trying to force a relationship and change who I was to trying to be what someone else needed thinking they’d stick around,” he explains to HYPEBEAST. “Then finally realizing that I was only making things worse and it was time to let go.”
You can see him play the Where Neon Goes to Die in its entirety the day before release (Sept. 6) at his hometown show at 1306 Miami. You can also see him on a full national tour supporting Chromeo starting Sept. 10 (full dates below).
