Logic's "One Day" Video Responds to Immigration in America

Logic has released a poignant music video for his single “One Day” featuring OneRepublic‘s Ryan Tedder. The seven-minute clip doubles as a short film as it presents a future narrative around two boys growing up in America — one is a Latino immigrant while the other is white. The visuals feature notable appearances from stars Luis Guzman, Judy Reyes and Michael Peña, and was directed by Andy Hines.

Donning a t-shirt stating “F*ck the Wall” Logic clearly aims to address the recent political climate in America where immigration and race have become hot-button issues. Watch the full video above which includes a surprise ending.

Logic also recently partnered with Sam Smith for the “Pray” music video and appeared in the latest episode of “Mean Tweets.
