After revealing the “Safari” edition earlier this year, Leica is back with another new Leica Q style. The latest release is a collaboration with Globe-Trotter, a luxury handmade luggage brand based in London, and comes in either a navy blue or pink finish. Each camera will come with a special-edition Globe-Trotter case that corresponds to its color.
Technical features of the camera include a high-resolution 1280 x 960 pixel electronic viewfinder, while the model also supports connection via NFC or WiFi and can record high-definition videos. The camera-and-case packages are extremely limited, with only 50 models set to be produced. The Leica Q collaboration with Globe-Trotter is set to hit stores in the UK and Japan on August 9, with each model priced at $7,500 USD.
