Kanye West Premieres "Fade" Music Video at VMAs
Featuring a scantily clad Teyana Taylor dancing at the gym.

After giving a rollercoaster of a speech, Kanye West premieres the video of his The Life of Pablo single “Fade,” which features Ty Dolla $ign, at the 2016 VMAs. The visual finds actress a scantily clad Teyana Taylor busting moves at a gym. She then takes a shower with and her husband, the NBA player Iman Shumpert, in the last scene. The visual displays Taylor executing a series of moves based on a dance sequence from the 1983 movie Flashdance. The clip’s very last scene features a shower sex scene with Shumpert followed by a segment where Taylor is in a field surrounded by lambs with her face eventually transforming into the head of a cat. Kanye initially debuted “Fade” during a fashion show in New York last September. The song samples several classic house tracks by Mr. Fingers, Hardrive, and Barbara Tucker. It features vocals from both Ty Dolla $ign and Post Malone in addition to rapping from Kanye. Watch the video above via TIDAL.
