Following in Kanye West‘s footsteps, RiRi was this year’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2016 MTV VMAs. To celebrate, the Barbadian star opened up the night’s event by performing a medley of some of her biggest hits which included “Please Don’t Stop the Music,” “Only Girl in the World,” “We Found Love” and “Where Have You Been.” Check out footage of the opening performance below.
