HBO has just released a second full-length trailer for Westworld, the long-awaited dystopian TV series executively-produced by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. Based on the film and book by Michael Crichton, Westworld promises a riveting reboot of the 1970s sci-fi Western. The story takes place in a robot theme park that allows visitors to live out their darkest fantasies as cowboys. As the bots become increasingly sensitive to the artificiality of their existence, a glitch in the system leads to violent havoc. Starring Anthony, Ed Harris. Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden and Thandie Newton, the TV series stages a breathtaking battle between humans and robots. After a series of stops and starts, Westworld is finally set to air on October 2.
