Justin Bieber‘s new album is arriving soon. Confirmed by Billboard, the yet-to-be-titled followup to 2012’s Believe is set to drop on November 13. This comes just before he is set to release his next single “What Do You Mean,” which will be unearthed on August 28. Although Justin hasn’t been releasing too much new music for the past few years, he’s continued to remain relevant in the pop world, especially with the success of “Where Are Ü Now“ with Jack Ü.
