Faile & Bäst's Glow-In-The-Dark Works Fill Detroit Basement Gallery
An immersive art installation entitled “Deluxe Fluxx” at The Belt.
After exhibiting in international locations, street artist duo Faile and Bäst are permanently installing their eight-year-long “Deluxe Fluxx” project inside The Belt in Detroit. Curated by the Library Street Collective, the spacious basement venue is transformed into a blacklight arcade filled with the collaborators’ glow-in-the-dark works. Faile’s signature wheat-pasting style beautifully collides with Bäst’s collage visuals of mutated characters and scenes on diverse pieces.
