adidas Originals & C.P. Company Celebrate Casual Culture in FW18 Collaboration
Featuring terrace-ready Kamanda, Samba and Marathon colorways.
After linking up on a collaborative capsule earlier this year, adidas Originals and Italian label C.P. Company are back with another joint release. The collaboration is inspired by the two brand’s joint heritage in casual culture, with the football subculture referenced in the duel-branded footwear and apparel.
In terms of footwear, the stand-out silhouette is the Kamanda, which comes in either light brown or dark green. The other silhouettes in the pack are all classic terrace sneakers. The Samba comes wrapped in grey, navy or red colorways, while the capsule also includes a black-and-blue take on the Marathon.
The accompanying apparel collection features the “adidas Explorer” — an update of C.P. Company’s famous Goggle Jacket — and a Beckenbauer track-top reworked in C.P.’s dyeing lab. Other pieces include tees, hoodies and track jackets. The full C.P. Company x adidas Originals capsule will release at select retailers including END. and HBX on August 24.
