Yung Lean & Bladee Cruise Around Miami in "Highway Patrol" Video
The Sad Boys take South Beach.
Yung Lean is currently undergoing a bit of a renaissance: The FADER recently published a long-form piece that explored the mental anguish behind Leandoer’s sophomore album, Warlord; he has since landed a featuring role in Calvin Klein’s global marketing campaign alongside other iconic cultural movers like Frank Ocean, Young Thug and Kate Moss. With another album in the works and his current output, it’s safe to say that the original Sad Boy is ready to shirk the meme-rap label and we would be wise as an audience to take him seriously as an artist.
Lean’s latest visual for Warlord standout cut “Highway Patrol” feature the Scandinavian rapper hanging out in Miami alongside collaborator and Gravity Boy Bladee. Watch as the two stunt in a drop-top and play with sparklers in the washed-out, sun-bleached visuals above.
