Japanese designer, Akio Mitobe of Habanos doesn’t shy away from military and outdoor references for his 2016 fall/winter collection. In fact the pieces he creates evokes what’s currently trending in the world of streetwear — there’s cozy staples, along with some really well-thought-out outerwear designs. The patched-up jeans, button-downs, knit and hoodies are sure to be a favorite in anyone’s seasonal capsule. However, the jackets and coats are key essentials for adding a bit of flair to your wardrobe — we see a fair-isle fleece zip-up, a suede moto jacket, a leather paneled vest, a fur-trimmed parka, and a rooster-embroidered souvenir jacket. An all-fur cap also makes the cut for this season, which will go pretty well with the shearling jacket in the collection.
