Tove Lo Teases New Music with Elusive Instagram Posts
Is the Swedish starlet back on the solo trail?

Tove Lo has had a hand in some of the biggest electronic and pop hits of the last two years, featuring on tracks like Flume’s “Say It,” Nick Jonas’ “Close,” Years & Years’ “Desire,” and Broods’ “Freak Of Nature.” Now, the Swedish starlet has teased a return to her solo career with two elusive Instagram posts seemingly showing screenshots from a yet-to-be-released music video paired with scorned lyrics. An image of Lo standing ominously in front of flames is paired with “you do your thing, never wanted a future” and a shot of two figures holding hands in a desert is captioned “you can run free, I won’t hold it against ya” alongside the hashtag “#soon.” If this is an indication of impending new material, it will be our first dose of individual solo music from Lo since her breakout 2014 LP, Queen Of The Clouds.
