A First Look at the New Soho House Amsterdam
It features 79 hotel bedrooms, gym, spa, restaurant and more.
Soho House Amsterdam is opening on Monday, July 30. The new house features 79 hotel bedrooms, screening rooms, a spa and Cecconi’s restaurant. The House Gym, located on the fourth floor, features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, HIIT and yoga studios. The screening room on the same floor will feature velvet armchairs, footstalls and vintage lamps. The house will also have a storage space for up to 75 bikes as well as a workshop for bicycle repairs.
The six-storey building housing the club is iconic to Amsterdam. It was originally constructed in the 1930s as a trading office, and has been serving as the humanities building for the University of Amsterdam since. Soho House launched its first private members’ club in 1995 and is now 21 properties large.
