Sotheby’s is preparing to auction off a collection of goods from the estate of Marsha & Robin Williams, including a wide variety of film & sports memorabilia, autographed scripts, artworks and watches. In line with the late actor’s philanthropic beliefs, some proceeds from the expansive sale will be donated to various charities.

‘Creating a Stage: The Collection of Marsha and Robin Williams’ will encompass a wide variety of items collected by Williams and his wife over the years, running the gamut from fine artwork to rare bicycles. The full selection boasts art from Banksy, Shepard Fairey and Invader, along with sculptures by Deborah Butterfield & Niki de Saint-Phalle. Early editions of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot will accompany Williams’s Hollywood Walk of Fame award from 1990 and film props, like a Gryffindor robe worn by Daniel Radcliffe in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

The items will first be made available for viewing at a public exhibition in Sotheby’s York Avenue galleries on September 29. No word on whether any of Williams’s iconic streetwear will be included but stay tuned for more news prior to the auction on October 4 and head to Sotheby’s website for the full rundown.

Most recently, the iconic 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off hit the auction block.
