Denzel Curry, JK The Reaper, & Nell's "Distrust" Video Is a Tripped-Out Dance Routine
Featuring talented dancer Sam Folfes.
At the beginning of May, genre-bending producer-DJ Lunice finally announced his long-awaited debut album. Known as CCCLX, the project was introduced with a lead single titled “Mazerati” and is scheduled to arrive on September 9. Now, following the release of the follow-up single “Distrust,” Lunice returns with a tripped-out, partially-animated visual in support of his Denzel Curry, JK The Reaper and Nell collaboration. Featuring a show-stealing appearance from dancer Aaron Ricks, the “Distrust” vignette comes to us courtesy of forward-thinking, experimental director Sam Rolfes, who used the same live game engine recording technique he employed for his past work for Rihanna. Letting the chaotically-paced visuals do the talking, Denzel Curry and Lunice pop up in the clip via Facetime.
