Daily Paper Emphasizes Community & Identity for FW18 Lookbook
The line is broken down into three stages.
A couple weeks after introducing the “Money Transfer” capsule, Daily Paper debuts its new Fall/Winter 2018 collection and lookbook.
For Daily Paper’s latest drop, the Amsterdam-based brand emphasizes community and identity. “Daily Paper’s focus is to cultivate their relationships and recruit for the ultimate collective to join them on their journey. Expanding their community, Daily Paper aim to encourage international youth to express and accept their individualism and educate them to protect themselves,” reads an official statement from the label. “Daily Paper’s motivation is not a “theme” but a quest to explore their identity and their place in this world on a greater scale. By championing their culture and creating a community of belonging rather than exclusion, the youth will always be heard. They are now at the beginning, exploring the importance of being socially aware and wondering what this will become as they progress.”
Notably, Daily Paper’s Fall/Winter 2018 “Unite” collection is separated into three different stages and features an expansive variety of fashionable seasonal staples inspired by workwear, vintage sportswear, utilitarian style and military gear. You can take a look at the aforementioned range above.
