Daily Paper Heads Back to South Africa for Part II of Its SS18 Campaign
Exploring the Alexandra township with The Sartists.

Daily Paper keeps its Spring/Summer 2018 narrative in play, building off its initial “Transcend Borders” offering with its second drop of the season. While the former touched on the cultural surroundings of Cape Town, the Amsterdam-based brand returned to South Africa, this time exploring the Alexandra township with Johannesburg collective The Sartists by its side. The idea was to capture and reframe the contemporary stories of African youth, surveying what resonates most with them, while journeying through the region’s inner workings.
A diverse collection covering everything from casual activewear to understated formal, items, such as long-sleeve polo tops, button-down shirts, blazers, tracksuits and lightweight outerwear take on vibrant color pops and expressive print applications, resulting in a well-balanced seasonal lineup. Be sure to visit the brand’s online shop for the collection’s impending drop.
