Ahead of the official release of the Nike React Element 87, French retailer theNextdoor recently put together an editorial centered around the highly-anticipated sneaker.
Originally unveiled as a high-profile UNDERCOVER collaboration, the evocative new photo look adds to the buildup of Nike‘s upcoming general release colorways of the silhouette. Placing a focus on the design and function of the React Element 87, we get a better idea of the state-of-the-art footwear technology utilized on the sleek runner. Expressing a stripped-down aesthetic, the upper of the shoe is constructed of a TPE yarn translucent textile with exposed stitching, accented by contrasting exterior heel taping and trail running laces. While a specifically drilled React sole with an embedded segment rubber outsole provides the shoe with superior cushioning and traction.
