Yesterday, Rihanna took to Instagram to tease and introduce her next major single, “Sledgehammer.” Released in support of the forthcoming film Star Trek Beyond, “Sledgehammer” serves as a single off the new Star Trek movie’s soundtrack. As promised, Rihanna’s latest track has arrived a day after news of its release emerged. Released as a standalone song and as part of the new Star Trek Beyond trailer, “Sledgehammer” is available via streaming on Spotify below. Rihanna’s last major release with a joint record with Calvin Harris.
