Pusha T Tells Us Kanye West Is Producing the Majority of 'King Push'
And the album is almost finished.
Pusha T is giving fans another update on his highly-anticipated new album King Push. Speaking to Complex while attending an adidas and Parley charity gathering, Push reveals that he’s “85%” done with the process behind his next LP. Adding to the frenzy that propels the King Push campaign, the G.O.O.D. Music president also singled out Kanye West as the project’s primary producer. “Great, super-producer beats and amazing raps,” he explains. Besides his own output, Pusha T has also been busy helping his close collaborator and business partner Kanye West “find his creative voice” as the Chicago superstar crafts his next LP; he even collaborated with Vic Mensa for the Manuscript EP.
You can check out Pusha T’s entire exchange with Complex above. Over three years in the making, King Push is set to serve as the legendary Clipse rapper’s third studio album as a solo artist. His last major project was 2015’s King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude.
