Kanye West, Vince Staples & More Cancelled at Governors Ball Due to Bad Weather
Someone already dropped a diss track.

The HOT 97 Summer Jam 2016 isn’t the only festival getting affected by the bad weather at New York City. Organizers of Governors Ball Music Festival were also forced to make some cancellations. The third day of the festival, which included performers like Kanye West, Death Cab for Cutie, Courtney Barnett, Chvrches, Two Door Cinema Club, Vince Staples, and the newly-formed Prophets of Rage, is cancelled entirely “due to severe weather and the likelihood of lightning in the area.” Organizers have announced that ticket-holders who purchased tickets through the official website will receive a refund; three-day pass holders will get a pro-rated refund.
Although the cancellation occurred only a few hours ago, Pigeons & Planes have already unearthed a Governors Ball diss track, aptly titled “F*ck Gov Ball.” The song is made by an artist named Jew ¢hainz, who raps over JAY Z and Kanye West’s infamous “N*ggas in Paris” instrumental. Give it a spin for some laughs.
