BAPE's Football Collection Comes Just in Time for the World Cup
“Apes Together Strong 1993-2018.”
We are only a few days away from the Beautiful Game’s biggest tournament, the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and to celebrate BAPE will be releasing a special football-inspired collection. Aptly named BAPE Football Collection, the capsule is comprised of two key items, graphic tees, and a football. Over on the T-shirts, a special Ape head morphing into a football graphic can be seen alongside the label’s inception year: 1993.
The collection also includes the Color Camo Ape Head Tee which features a special black, red and blue CAMO print taking on the shape of a football’s panels. The standout item of the drop has to be the BAPE football, crafted from pentagonal and hexagonal shapes decorated with the same special black, red and blue CAMO print. A golden Ape head, “A Bathing Ape” and “Apes Together Strong 1993-2018” motifs have also been embossed on its panels.
The BAPE Football Collection will be available on Saturday, June 9 at BAPE retailers and online.
