21 Savage Announces Debut Album ‘Issa’ Release Date

21 Savage has announced the release date for his debut album, Issa. According to a post uploaded via his Instagram account, the album will arrive July 7 — which is just a week from today. It’s been almost a year since the Atlanta rapper released a full-length project. Last July, Savage put out a collaborative project with Atlanta producer Metro Boomin titled Savage Mode. Before that, Savage dropped two mixtapes in 2015 — The Slaughter Tape and Slaughter King.

As of late, 21 has been more active in terms of releasing music, presumably in anticipation of the new album. Earlier this month, the Atlanta rapper released what is presumed to be a single to Issa, “All The Smoke.” A little over a week before that, the title track featuring Drake and Young Thug surfaced online unofficially.
