Rage Against The Machine Could Be Gearing Up for a Comeback
Prophets of Rage.
As Pitchfork is reporting, it looks like rock legends Rage Against The Machine have something planned for fans in the coming months. With five years of live inactivity behind them, Rage have set up a brand website dubbed prophetsofrage.com. The site features only a mysterious countdown, an image, the hashtag “#TakeThePowerBack” and the Public Enemy lyrics, ” “Clear the way for the prophets of rage.” Along with this, Public Enemy have also began tweeting out Rage Against The Machine links, alluding to a possible connection between themselves and Rage’s recent reemergence. We’ll just have to wait and see until the June 1 countdown concludes, but it definitely looks like a new Rage tour announcement is coming.
