Is he in the studio with Swizz Beatz?
Swizz Beatz has revealed some huge news regarding his close friend and musical partner JAY Z. Taking to social media, the NYC producer teased a new project from the Roc Nation legend. “They don’t even know what’s about to happen 😂😂😂🙏🏽 Album ModeZone⚡️,” reads the Instagram caption on a photo of Swizz and JAY Z. Together, Swizz Beatz and JAY Z have cooked up records that ended up becoming some of the biggest hits to ever appear in both artists’ careers. However, the two haven’t linked up for a joint track since JAY’s 2013 studio album Magna Carta Holy Grail. While JAY Z has remained in the public eye — even linking up with Frank Ocean and Tyler, the Creator a few weeks ago — since the aforementioned LP dropped, he hasn’t dropped a new solo single since “Spiritual” premiered last summer.
At present time, Jay Z is booked to perform at Austin City Limits and this year’s Made in America festival; he also has plans for a new documentary series with National Geographic.
