Iconix Brand Group paid $204 million for the ownership of the logo.

A lawsuit has been filed by Iconix Brand Group against JAY Z and Roc Nation for the use of the Roc Nation logo on Major League Baseball apparel. TMZ reports that Iconix says it paid $204 million USD for the logo, and has control of when it can be placed on merchandise. According to TMZ, Iconix will sue all of those parties for a minimum of $10 million for “damages.” Iconix also owns Rocawear, a clothing brand that was founded by JAY and former business partner Damon Dash.
