C2H4 Puts an Ozone-Inspired Spin on the Vans Old Skool & Era
Part of the brand’s SS18 “Zero Gravity” collection.
Supplementing its Spring/Summer 2018 “Zero Gravity” release, C2H4 has put its own unique spin on a couple of Vans silhouettes. Featuring both the Old Skool and Era, the drop takes cues from ozone generator machines and even sees each pair packed in a box that resembles the aforementioned generator’s housing. While the Old Skool comes in tonal blue, the Era dons a white upper and transparent sole unit; both sport red and blue holes as a nod to the input-output principle of the machines.
Limited to just 150 pairs each and complete with remote control-inspired hang tags, C2H4’s “Ozone” Vans drop online on May 10.
Previously, the two joined forces in 2016 for the “Re-Blue Project.”
