The 2016 Billboard Music Awards occur tonight, and it takes place at the T-Mobile Arena at Las Vegas. Hosted by Ludacris and Ciara, those scheduled to perform include Fifth Harmony with Ty Dolla $ign, Justin Bieber, Meghan Trainor, Demi Lovato, Kesha, Rihanna, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, DNCE, P!nk, Madonna, Nick Jonas with Tove Lo, Celine Dion, Troye Sivan, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, The Go-Go’s, and Shawn Mendes. Last week, Kesha reportedly planned to do a performance addressing her battle with Dr. Luke. Kemosabe Records originally cancelled the performance until the songstress denied the rumors.
