Martine Rose & MYKITA Connect for '90s-Inspired Sunglasses
A “frame does not want to be serious.”

To start off 2018, Martine Rose and MYKITA introduced a special eyewear collaboration inspired by ’90s dance and club culture. The two brands initially teased the drop with a single official shot, hinting at a bold, vibrant and unique collection. Now, the two entities have linked up to present the collaborative drop in its entirety.
MYKITA and Martine Rose’s joint collection revolves around KITT, a playful frame that MYKITA bills as a design that “does not want to be serious.” For the specific colorways, consumers can expect Royal Blue, Antique Red, Black and New Lime.
You can take a look at Martine Rose and MYKITA’s new, ’90s-inspired sunglasses collaboration above. The $575 USD sunglasses will hit the shelves of Dover Street Market, SSENSE and select MYKITA retailers on Friday, April 20; a wider release is also planned for next month.
Last month, Martine Rose and Napapijri delivered a video lookbook for their Spring/Summer 2018 collaboration.
