LQQK Studio Puts Its Own Spin on the Vans Authentic & Epoch Sport
Along with matching apparel to boot.
Previously revived as the subject of a Quasi collab last month, 1994’s old Epoch Sport is making yet another appearance for the month of April as Brooklyn-based LQQK Studio puts its own spin on the underrated Vans silhouette. Reflecting the studio’s roots in art, fashion, skate and street culture, the LX edition of the Epoch — appearing as a Vans Vault release — comes in a trio of colorways, each highlighted by a distinct translucent rubber outsole. Joining the Epochs are black, purple and cream Authentics, each crafted from hairy suede and showcasing the iconic — though rarely seen — flying “V” Vans logo.
Capped off with short-sleeved crewneck tees, a black polo, matching track shorts, and six-panel hats alongside a semi-opaque coaches jacket, LQQK Studio’s Vans collab is slated to hit Vault dealers worldwide on April 21.
