Luxurious items to elevate your living space.
Last year, Louis Vuitton introduced its latest range of premiumObjets Nomades furnishings at Design Miami. Following that presentation, the luxury house introduces its new collection of Les Petits Nomades goods, which channel the house’s focus on high-end, handmade quality into a selection of home goods.
The brand tapped a series of artists to create a small range of well-crafted items, ranging from Atelier Oï’s hand-formed leather flowers to a pair of stunning “Diamond Mirrors” created by Marcel Wanders. Each piece requires artisans to carefully assemble layers of leather, glass or precious metal into a recognizable shape — Humberto & Fernando Campana’s “Tropicalist Vase” is painstakingly shaped from 176 two-toned, leather-covered metal “petals.” Accenting the array is André Fu’s graceful Ribbon Dance Chair, with flowing lines and leather-covered arms encouraging easy conversation and relaxation.
Milan’s Fuori Salone will host the premiere of Louis Vuitton’s Les Petits Nomades from April 17 to April 22. Most recently, Virgil Abloh‘s appointment as Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director was voted as the most exciting fashion house hire of the past few months,
