Antihero & Nike SB Connect for Collaborative Collection
New outerwear pieces, shoes and more.
Fresh off the late February release of Nyjah Huston’s “Til Death” part, Nike SB has revealed plans for a collaborative collection with skateboarding institution Antihero.
As one of only “two brands” that Nike SB architect Sandy Bodecker has really wanted to work with since launching his operations, Antihero is in the perfect position to bring out the best in the label’s creative team. As a result of their work together, new hooded jackets, backpacks, jerseys, a Nike SB Zoom Dunk High — which was originally announced earlier this week — and a Nike SB Zoom Blazer Low have been produced.
“We’re pretty lucky in SB because a lot of our athletes are also artists. One of the best elements of this collaboration, and what makes it truly unique, is that the athletes are the ones — Brian really — who said, ‘We should do this!’” reads an official statement from Nike SB Senior Creative Director Jesse Leyva.
The Antihero x Nike SB collection arrives March 16 at select retailers, followed by a March 19 launch on nike.com.
Last month, Nike SB brought back the black deconstructed pack.
