Sacai Spring/Summer 2018 Collection Heads to the Laundromat in New Editorial

Chitose Abe‘s Sacai Spring/Summer 2018 collection is that star of RSVP Gallery‘s latest fashion editorial. The photoshoot takes to a local laundromat where stylist Kameron Casey and photographer Sala Johnson present the line’s intricate fabrication under an air of small-town romanticism.
Highlight pieces such as the lace mesh top, tactical vest and black tweed pants display the Sacai’s mastery of contrasting textiles and balance of utilitarian and delicate elements, while flagship pieces such as the graphic text jacket and T-shirts show Sacai Spring/Summer 2018’s thematic “STASIS AS TO VECTOR ALL IN DUE COURSE” quotations from conceptual artist Lawrence Weiner.
