Rich The Kid Previews Diss Track Aimed at Lil Uzi Vert
“Your money getting shorter.”
Ever since Lil Uzi Vert threw some shade at Rich The Kid, there seems to be tension between the two rappers. Earlier, the Atlanta rapper took to Instagram Live to preview a new song that targets Uzi. “Your money getting shorter,” Rich raps, referencing the Philadelphia rapper’s breakout track “Money Longer.”
The feud dates back to January this year, when Uzi and Rich had a disagreement on Twitter. After Uzi tweeted, “And if y’all do sign…sign 2 a major Don’t sign 2 a rapper or a DJ…It’s Just Easier When The Time Come For That Fake Sh*t,” Rich was among a few prominent industry figures to respond back to Uzi.
“That’s why you SHOULDA signed Rich forever,” the Atlanta rapper replied. Uzi fired back and said, “Boy I’m not signing for 20racks.” On Monday this week, Uzi showed off his brand new green dreads while holding a crab that allegedly costs $1,000. Uzi then posted another photo while holding the crab, tagging the crab with Rich’s Instagram handle. Rich then reposted the first photo and wrote: “Aw look at my son @liluzivert tryna look just like me.”
