Pharrell and adidas Originals Create "Blank Canvas" Capsule
The latest Holi-inspired capsule.
After the first images of Pharrell Williams’ “Blank Canvas” Hu NMD Trail were revealed last year, adidas Originals has given a full look at the accompanying capsule. The blank theme continues the pack, with all of the pieces intended to be worn as a plain uniform that acts as a base for the Hindu Holi festival.
The “Blank Canvas” pack encompasses both footwear and apparel, with a knitted tracktop that features embroidered detailing of the phrase “HU MAN BEING.” As well as the Hu NMD Trail, the footwear element to the capsule features a take on the Tennis Hu PK, while the pack is finished with an all-white Stan Smith which comes in white Primeknit with a matching leather lining. The “Blank Canvas” pack is set to launch on February 23 the first installment of a three-part series inspired by Holi from Pharrell and adidas Originals.
Other potential joint silhouettes from the series have recently emerged, including a “Lab Purple” Stan Smith and the adidas Hu NMD “Trail Holi.”
