Studio Arthur Casas Design Immersive Countryside Home
The perfect summer retreat.

The MS House — located in the countryside outside São Paulo — was designed by São Paulo and Brooklyn-based architecture firm Studio Arthur Casas as a summer-house. The low-lying building is designed to blend into its landscape, with its materials and color palette chosen to reference elements of the surrounding area.
One of the stand-out features is the pond surrounding the house, with one section deepened to act as a swimming pool. Other impressive elements include a long covered terrace with outdoor seating and a hidden jacuzzi, as well as a design that highlights the sweeping view across the countryside on one side. Take a look around the MS House in the gallery above.
