Greg Lauren continues to explore this creative curiosity, which involves marrying various styles together to create unique, one-of-a-kind finds. Late last year, we took a look at his army-inspired kimono jacket, which surely helped play a blueprint model for this new rendition. Once again drawing influence from an east-meets-west design philosophy, Lauren reinvents the Japanese-style kimono by integrating pronounced military-tinged elements.

The majority of the exterior resembles a traditional army field jacket, however, when carefully examined, vintage denim accents found on the sleeves and shawl collar become evident. Other features include flap pockets and patchwork details. This Greg Lauren Army Jungle Vintage Denim Kimono is priced at $2,439 USD and is available now through H.Lorenzo.

Keeping with statement jackets, Maison Margiela’s classic bomber jacket rendition is now available for $1,940 USD.
