Greg Lauren continues to explore this creative curiosity, which involves marrying various styles together to create unique, one-of-a-kind finds. Late last year, we took a look at his army-inspired kimono jacket, which surely helped play a blueprint model for this new rendition. Once again drawing influence from an east-meets-west design philosophy, Lauren reinvents the Japanese-style kimono by integrating pronounced military-tinged elements.
The majority of the exterior resembles a traditional army field jacket, however, when carefully examined, vintage denim accents found on the sleeves and shawl collar become evident.
