LA-based designer John Elliott expanded his horizons at New York Fashion Week, moving beyond his trademark side-zip hoodies and light wash denim with a mature range of menswear as well as a debut womenswear line.

The Fall/Winter 2018 collection, dubbed “Delirium,” blended staples like corduroy jackets and wool cardigans with sporty pullovers and puffer jackets featured in a color palette of earthy browns, forest greens, neutral grays and whites. Jeans were complemented by trucker jackets and leathers created in collaboration with Blackmeans, while more adventurous looks incorporated loose trousers, embroidered shirting, furry topcoats and boxy blazers.

Key footwear choices included creepers, Dr. Martens derbies, and a rotation of Nike sneakers, including the Air Humara, Vandals reworked with fabrics from the collection and the cult classic Air Monarchs.

Keep up with our continuing Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2018 coverage for more shows, and check out our latest round of streetsnaps to see some of the week’s best looks.
