Yung Pinch Bares His Soul for "Sail Away" Video
The “Bluntington Beach” artist calls it a “masterpiece.”
Fresh off the release of his major new single, “Big Checks” with fellow Californian star YG, smooth-talking Huntington Beach crooner Yung Pinch serves up some laidback, heartfelt vibes for the visual in support of his previous single “Sail Away.”
“This song means so much to me, so much emotion & real life in it that’s so relatable right now,” Pinch tells us, breaking down the Charlie Handsome- and Wheezy-produced drop. “I knew I had to do a visual for it and I knew it had to translate that same feeling the song gives, so I hit this kid Lonewolf I had my eye on for a while.” After brainstorming a few concepts, Pinch connected with Lonewolf and the rest was history; the end result is what Pinch labels a “masterpiece” and considers the “perfect” transition to lead fans to the release of his next project, 4EVERHEARTBROKE 3.
You can check out Yung Pinch’s new video for “Sail Away” above, while 4EVERHEARTBROKE 3 is set to drop later this week on Valentine’s Day, February 14. At the end of this week, the “Bluntington Beach” artist will also begin his new tour in Austin, Texas.
