UPDATE: Watch 'The Predator' Stop-Motion Holiday Short

This year’s The Predator solidified that the franchise is beginning to embrace its own goofiness, and as such, 20th Century Fox is releasing a holiday special to tie into the movie’s Blu-ray and streaming release.
The teaser trailer above features one of Santa’s little helpers being taken out by an offscreen Predator and the nearby reindeer grabbing a minigun and firing back at it like Mac in the original film. Although the short is slated to release exclusively with the home edition of the film, Comedy Central will air the stop-motion animation December 19 during BoJack Horseman. According to the trailer’s description, The Predator will go up against “his most formidable foe yet–Santa and his reindeer.”
